Rule 162
Impeachment Recommendation Committee
(1) There will be an impeachment recommendation committee in the House of Representatives for the purpose of investigating and recommending whether there are grounds and reasons for submitting a motion for impeachment against an official.
(2) There will be eleven members in the impeachment recommendation committee (3) The proposal regarding the formation of the impeachment recommendation committee will be submitted to the meeting by the speaker after consultation with the management consultation committee.
(4) The members of the impeachment recommendation committee shall elect the chairman of the committee from among themselves.
